Mission & Vision
Strong homes aren’t built by perfect men; they’re built by faithful men who refuse to quit.
At Immanuel Francis Learning and Resource Center (IFLRC), our mission is to ensure that fathers remain faithful, present, and equipped—even when strong homes face interruption. Research shows that children living in single-parent households are statistically more likely to struggle with substance use, early sexual activity, and diminished self-worth compared to those in two-parent homes. IFLRC exists to help prevent those outcomes by providing structured support, academic enrichment, mentorship, and alternative after-school care focused on reading comprehension and personal development.
Support systems for fathers—especially single and co-parenting dads—are often limited, difficult to access, or not readily visible within the community. Many men are raising their children alone or navigating co-parenting with little to no assistance and limited knowledge of available resources. IFLRC was created to bridge that gap.
We provide services that strengthen the entire family, both men and women, while intentionally structuring programs to empower fathers. Through mentorship, educational support, and community-based resources, we are committed to equipping fathers to lead with confidence, consistency, and purpose.
